Desserts for breakfast is my love language. I am a sweet breakfast gal 360/365 days of the year. And this sweet and creamy peanut butter banana oatmeal is one of my go to easy and healthy breakfasts to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats
This Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats is vegan, gluten-free and so creamy. It is a quick but satisfying healthy breakfast on the go.
- 1/2 cup GF oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Combine overnight oats ingredients in a mason jar. Shake well. Use a fork to mix it well if needed. Store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, heat it up or enjoy it cold
