The Best Duo: Peanut butter and Chocolate
These two are truly the best duo. I love anything peanut butter and chocolate!

All you need is to pulse all the ingredients (there are only four) in a food processor, roll into balls, freeze, enjoy!
Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free
These no bake chocolate peanut butter balls are healthy and suitable to a lot of diet restrictions. It is my favorite energy bites to fuel my “hanger”.
How to make these Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls extra Fudgy?
Soaking Nuts Overnight
First of all, soaking nuts and seeds has great health benefits. Soaking in some warm water and salt helps to break down the phytic acid in nuts and seeds, therefore make the nutrients more available for our body to digest.
Secondly, the soaking process softens nuts/seeds which result in these extra gooey and fudgy peanut butter chocolate balls.
Adding Extra Liquid
If you don’t have time to soak for that long, adding a couple extra table spoons of liquid such as nut milk or water will do the same trick as well!
Healing CBD oil
Optional ingredient for health benefit
When we think of cannabis, we most likely think about getting “high”. First of all, Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the psychoactive part from cannabis. However, CBD is not psychoactive. So it does not make you “high”.
Benefits of CBD Oil
1. Pain relief
2.May reduce anxiety in both human and animals
3. May help fight cancer
4. Anti-inflammatory properties
Could help with digestive health, arthritis, acne
5. May also benefit heart health and lower blood pressure

How I use CBD oil
As with any wellness supplement, everyone responds differently; so, if you are new to CBD, I recommend exploring various doses and frequencies to find what is most effective for you.
I personally consume half of the suggested serving size and while I wouldn’t consider the effects overwhelming. do notice it relaxes my mind.
1. A couple droppers of CBD tincture at night
2. In raw desserts/snacks like these chocolate peanut butter balls
The CBD I use
One of my favorite CBD brands is CURED Nutrition, a Colorado-based wellness company. CURED extracts their CBD from organically grown industrial hemp, performs third-party test.
I have used Cured CBD oil myself for a few months now, and I really appreciate not only the quality of this product but also the calming effect it gives me at night.
Let’s Not Forget Our Furry Friends
Two weeks ago, Tom and I got a little golden retriever puppy! Her name is Muffin (if you follow me on Instagram, you may already know that she’s all over my story).
Trying to be a qualified fur mommy, I did lots of research on anything and everything related to dog health.
Coincidentally enough, I found CBD Oil and CBD treats specifically for pups through theCURED website. As a loyal customer to this brand already, I couldn’t help but give the products a try.
Like humans, our furry friends can benefit from CBD in many ways. In fact, researchers have found that CBD promotes calmness, anti-inflammation and overall wellness.
Possible Side Effects
Although CBD is generally considered safe with no notable negative side effects, some have reported mild diarrhea, dry mouth, dizziness, and fatigue. But of course, everyone is different so you may want explore it for yourself!
Note: I believe that all things, including the good things, should be used in moderation. While it is non-addictive and can be used daily, I personally do NOT use CBD oil every day.
